How to sew an appliqued canning jar bag

I thought the bag would be good to use as storage for all your canning jar rings.  You know, the ones that roll all around the kitchen every time you open a homemade jar of jam?  And you keep moving them around and procrastinate about putting them away with your canning supplies?
